  4. Verbal opt-in during phone calls — A BrightBridge Care advisor may document verbal SMS consent when speaking with a caller who requests text updates.

Marketing consent is collected separately from informational/transactional consent, per CTIA and carrier A2P requirements. Each website form displays two independent, unchecked checkboxes:

Third-Party Sharing

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, and SMS consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
