This page documents how users opt in to receive SMS text messages from BrightBridge Care LLC, a senior living placement advisory service based in San Francisco, CA. It is provided for carrier A2P 10DLC campaign registration and compliance review.

Opt-In Methods
Users may opt in to SMS messaging through the following methods. All methods require explicit, affirmative consent. Checkboxes are never pre-checked.
- Website placement forms — Lead capture forms on the homepage and service pages (Free Placement Assistance, Find ASAP Placement).

- Verbal opt-in during phone calls — A BrightBridge Care advisor may document verbal SMS consent when speaking with a caller who requests text updates.

Marketing consent is collected separately from informational/transactional consent, per CTIA and carrier A2P requirements. Each website form displays two independent, unchecked checkboxes:

Checkbox 2 — Promotional & Marketing SMS (Optional)
"I agree to receive promotional and marketing text messages from BrightBridge Care LLC about senior living resources, community openings, and special offers. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not required to purchase services. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes."
Each form also displays: "By submitting this form, you agree to BrightBridge Care LLC's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy." with links to both documents opening in a new tab.
Third-Party Sharing
Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in status, and SMS consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS delivery is handled by our contracted SMS platform solely to deliver messages the user has consented to receive. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
