Troy Farol

Founder and Senior Advisor

Troy’s commitment to senior care spans three generations. He grew up in his family’s San Francisco assisted living care home, working alongside his grandmother and mother and learning early on that exceptional care is rooted in compassion, patience, and truly understanding each person’s unique needs. When his own grandmother developed dementia and required 24-hour support, the experience profoundly shaped him. It affirmed his calling and led him to become a California-licensed administrator, eventually managing multiple senior care communities throughout San Francisco. After years of hands-on caregiving and leadership in senior living, Troy broadened his professional toolkit with more than a decade in the service technology sector. Now, he brings that full-circle journey together by combining deep, personal caregiving experience with strong operational and business expertise. This rare blend allows him to be a powerful advocate for seniors and their families across San Francisco and the Peninsula, offering both heartfelt guidance and strategic insight to every family he supports.

Lorna’s career in community care began as a registered nurse at San Francisco’s former Children’s Hospital, where she first cultivated her lifelong commitment to compassionate, person-centered healthcare. In 1977, she opened her first California licensed assisted living community for seniors which turned into an endeavor that grew into a remarkable 40-year legacy supporting close to a thousand older adults across San Francisco. Today, as a Senior Consultant, Lorna continues to share the depth of expertise and heartfelt dedication that have made her a trusted pillar of local senior care. With her unique combination of clinical training and decades of hands-on caregiving experience, she offers families thoughtful, informed guidance at some of their most meaningful decision points.
