Lorna started her professional career as a registered nurse in San Francisco at the hospital formerly known as Children's Hospital. She soon after opened an assisted living care home for seniors in 1977 and would go on to care for upwards of one thousand seniors over the span of three decades. Currently, she serves as a Senior Consultant and continues to share her deep expertise and unrivaled passion for helping the local San Francisco senior community.

Troy comes from a third-generation family dedicated to senior care. His passion began early in his family's San Francisco care home, where he worked alongside his grandmother, mother, and the seniors they served. Through this experience, he learned that exceptional care requires genuine compassion, patience, and deep understanding of each person's needs. When his grandmother's dementia progressed, she required around-the-clock care. This pivotal experience inspired him to pursue formal training as a California licensed administrator, eventually overseeing multiple senior care facilities in San Francisco. After gaining extensive hands-on experience in senior care, Troy spent over a decade building expertise in the service technology sector. He has now returned to his roots in senior care, combining his years of direct caregiving experience with proven business leadership to advocate for seniors and their families throughout San Francisco and San Mateo counties.
